I found out why we aren't achieving our goals

I am going to keep this one short. In a nutshell:

Did you get that? No? Okay so... The important thing keeping us from achieving our goals is basically the ''lack of specifics'' in our mind.

For example:

  1. If you want to lose weight, what exactly does that mean? Do you want to lose weight around your arms, thighs or belly? Be specific so that you can look for exercises accordingly and initiate the process.
  2. If you want to start playing a sport, what does that mean? Which sport do you want to start with? Where can you practice it? Are there any courts nearby?
  3. If you want to get a specific kind of job, elaborate that to yourself. What companies interest you? What kind of work culture are you looking for? What industry or brand suits your requirements?

So the catch is ''the specifics!'' Now that you're aware of one of the important reasons that's keeping you from achieving your goals, get into the details and at least start your journey.

I need to lose my belly fat, so I am off to the gym now and, I have my eye on specific machines. Ok, bye!
